admin8138 The Country Studies of Poland program is addressed to Ukrainian refugees – teenagers and young people aged 14 to 25 who decided to stay in Tarnów and its vicinity. It gives young generations of Ukrainians the opportunity to immerse themselves in the life of Poland, learn about history, culture, tradition, religion and current cultural narratives in Poland. By gaining such experience, Ukrainians will be able to participate more actively in the polish social life. The basis of our program is also the education of Ukrainians, each block of our program presents a series of lessons on various topics and includes a huge variety of teaching methods and different types of educational activities. That is why we will provide Ukrainians with high-quality educational courses in the best traditions of European teaching. Thanks to our project, young people will become more independent, will be able to adapt and establish intercultural communication. This project can motivate young people to participate in the life and development of Polish schools, colleges, universities and institutes. Ukrainian youth will have the opportunity to take a strong position in the Polish scientific and educational environment, create their own projects aimed at preserving and developing culture. Activities in the project:
We will conduct 12 workshops (1.5 hours each) for two groups (24 workshops in total). And they will be:
– POLISH LANGUAGE CLASSES – topics of classes will concern Poland – general information, culture, art, tourism, social, economic, historical
– EXCURSIONS – referring to the topics covered during the classes. The meetings will be conducted in an informal atmosphere, we provide refreshments, we cover all costs.
The instructor is fluent in Polish and Ukrainian. The project „Country Studies of Poland”
